What is the Cooling-Off Period for an ACN VoIP Service?

The cooling off period gives you the right to change your mind about the service or products that you have ordered for up to 10 business days after the order has been placed.

Note: The cooling off period is void for all products if the device’s box has been opened. If you wish to return the device, please do not open it. Instead contact ACN Customer Service to arrange a return satchel.

ACN will charge a $25.00 Recovery Fee to cover the costs of collecting the equipment. You may be liable for any infrastructure and installation costs incurred by us in connection with preparations for supplying the service to you during this time.
