When should I receive my VoIP equipment delivery?

For a stand alone VoIP service your VoIP equipment will be delivered to you within 3-5 working days after a successful credit check.

If your VoIP service is bundled with nbn™ Broadband service, your VoIP equipment will be delivered as close to your Internet service activation date as possible.
