ACN launches a Customer Feedback group
Nothing is more important than knowing our customers are happy with our services and the information we provide. This is why we are looking for customers to participate in a feedback group so we can track how we are doing and make any improvements or modifications.
The Customer Feedback Group will play an important role in ensuring we provide useful, easy to understand and friendly communications. While we always look to deliver quality information to our customers, we may not always get it right, so that is why we are looking for a great cross-section of passionate customers to help us.
The feedback group will most likely hear from us at least once per month and will have the opportunity to view content prior to launch/release such as User Guides, Web Pages and flyers.
