Over the next few years, as the roll-out continues, the nbn™ network will be replacing existing landline phone, ADSL Internet and selected Cable Internet services across Australia.
It is important for your customers to understand that once their address is connected to nbn™ and made nbn™ Ready, if they wish to continue using their voice/telephone services, as well as access the Internet through a landline service, they must sign up to a nbn™ service plan.
