We are excited to release the first of our new-style Essential Training Pack for Merchant Services. To prepare you for the official launch on 16 February, it is a business requirement to complete this training pack prior to referring customers. It only takes 30 minutes and includes 6 training modules:

Module 2 – Overview of the Payment Products
Module 3 – Sharing the Opportunity
Module 4 – Submitting Referrals
Module 5 – Staying Involved
Module 6 – Ready to Go
To access the training:
- Log into your Back Office
- Click on the “Find out More” button in The Wait is Over banner to access the new Back Office
- Select Training and Accreditation
- Choose Merchant Services and work through the 6 modules
