Please note, with the launch of energy, the qualification period for new IBOs has reverted to the standard 30 days for Independent Business Owners joining ACN on or after 17 December 2020.

The re-entry of Energy to ACN has been highly anticipated and naturally, we are expecting Sumo to generate a lot of enthusiasm from our IBOs and customers. That’s why we’ve taken on the ‘soft launch’ approach to be able to better manage the order volumes and test that all systems are up to scratch to handle the full launch of Sumo. After all, we want your customers to have the best possible experience on both ACN and Sumo platforms. So, if there are minor issues during the soft launch period, please bear with us as we are striving to make this full launch the best one yet.
