Introducing Alinta Energy Priority Plus for ACN IBOs

As announced on last night’s training call, we are delighted to announce that ACN IBOs now have access to a NEW limited time invitation-only offer from Alinta Energy – Priority Plus.

What do you need to know?

• Priority Plus gives ACN IBOs access to better rates than Alinta Energy’s generally available market offer, HomeDeal.
• These rates are not advertised to the general public, or available for sign up directly on the Alinta Energy website.
• You can refer new and existing customers.
• We’re confident that in most cases, your customers will be better off on Priority Plus than their current Alinta Energy plan.
• ACN Alinta Energy customers in Victoria who upgrade prior to 1 August, will avoid the price increase.

Who to target

Almost everyone in Australia received a price increase from their energy retailer in the last month, meaning NOW is the perfect time to reach out to your friends and family to see if you could save them money!

Start by reaching out to your existing Sumo, AGL/Click and Alinta Energy customers and offer to do a free health check/bill comparison.

Upgrading your existing Alinta Energy customers

We’re confident that in most cases, your existing ACN Alinta Energy customers will be better off on Priority Plus than their current Alinta Energy plan. Furthermore, ACN Alinta Energy customers in Victoria who upgrade to Priority Plus prior to 1 August, will avoid the price increase.

Existing ACN Alinta Energy customers need to call Alinta Energy on 1800 314 672 and quote your IBO ID to upgrade to the Priority Plus offer. Available Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and Saturday 8am–12pm (AEDT/AEST). Make sure your customer has your IBO number handy!

Upgrading new to ACN but existing Alinta Energy customers

To switch to the ACN Priority Plus offer, existing Alinta Energy customers can sign up via your storefront in the usual way. Just make sure they select ‘Existing customer’. Ensure they have your IBO number handy when they are ready to complete their order.
