There were a host of product announcements at the Melbourne International Event but there was extra excitement when the upcoming launch of ACN Companion was announced. That’s because this new feature will help all Australian IBOs sell more nbn™ bundles and provide a boost to their overall billing revenue.
Having been available in North America for the past two years, ACN Companion will be available in Australia on nbn™ bundle plans in November. It is an app based product available for iPhone and Android and lets customers enjoy all the great call inclusions from their mobile or tablet while they are on the go!
Benefits include:
- The ability to receive calls to your home number on your mobile phone as well
- Being able to keep your landline number and have calls ring on your mobile when upgrading from a landline service to a nbn™ bundle plan
- Being able to avoid international roaming fees. Connect via Wi-fi & you can use your nbn™ bundle call inclusions while overseas
The ACN Companion app will be free to download. Customers will be charged a small monthly service fee of $5 per device for up to 2 devices.
