As Vice President of Growth and Co-Owner of ACN Pacific, Audrey is bringing her sales and marketing expertise to inspire and uplift Independent Business Owners across Australia and New Zealand. Her mission is to empower individuals to reach their goals and lead teams to break new ground. Audrey’s journey is nothing short of inspiring.
Audrey Rodda is a self-made entrepreneur renowned for driving transformative change across cutting-edge industries. An advocate for the power of referrals, Audrey was featured as the youngest female entrepreneur in the bestselling “Entrepreneur Under 40” series at just 23 years old.
Katherine Cole
ACN Pacific Head of Marketing
Katherine recently joined ACN Pacific as the Head of Marketing overseeing and implementing the rebrand, events, acquisition, engagement and retention strategies, working closely with the field leaders.
Throughout her career, Katherine has held positions with prominent organisations including News Corp. J2 Global, Expedia Inc., and Orbitz Worldwide. Katherine also spent 5 years working in start ups and scale ups building brands and leveraging digital transformation to enable growth.

After graduating university at 22 years of age, Phuong and his partner, Wenny, faced the daunting task of entering the corporate world. Luckily, it was around this time that the couple were introduced to the ACN Opportunity, and they decided to get involved. Neither had been in business before nor had any network marketing experience, so they became students of ACN’s simple system. By doing so and working extremely hard, they are now the youngest Senior Vice Presidents in the Pacific region and are living a life they never could have thought possible.

Memory started in ACN with her mother, the late Frances Ahec, in New Zealand in 2006, when ACN first launched there. After becoming Regional Vice Presidents in 2008, the successful mother and daughter duo moved to Australia to expand their business in the Pacific region. Today, Memory is undoubtedly one of the most inspiring and influential leaders in the Pacific region. We are delighted to have her training at ELEVATE and can’t wait to hear some of her secrets for success!
MD Rahman

When MD Rahman attended his first ACN event in 2012, he set a goal to become the first Bangladeshi Regional Vice President within the next 12 months. and sure enough, he achieved his goal!
Thanks to ACN, MD found financial prosperity, a better life and a more secure future for his young family. He also realised the satisfaction of helping others to fulfill their dreams. We are delighted that Senior Vice President MD Rahman will be joining us at ELEVATE Sydney to share his wisdom.
Rao Kankatala

An Engineer by profession with a Masters in IT, Rao Kankatala immigrated to Australia without knowing anyone. After some time working in the corporate world, he felt as though he was running on a treadmill – constantly moving but never getting anywhere. He was then shown the ACN Opportunity by a new friend and he immediately hit the ground running, all the way to Regional Vice President. Within 10 weeks of becoming Regional Vice President, Rao was promoted to Platinum Regional Vice President. Rao has been pivotal in creating multiple success stories will no doubt help many more people achieve their hopes and dreams in life in the years to come.

With over a decade of experience coaching leaders and executives, Kelly is committed to helping others harness their strengths and unlock their potential.
Kelly’s career in the Direct Selling industry began after she left a 9-to-5 sales manager role to create more time for her two young daughters. Starting as a consultant in Sydney, she built highly successful teams and quickly rose to lead the state. Her success led to a recruitment opportunity in the USA, where she established new territories from the ground up, beginning in Chicago and eventually leading the entire country as Director of Sales, North America, for a global direct selling organisation.
Now, in her business ‘The Growth Axis’, Kelly empowers leaders through personalised coaching, interactive workshops, and the Leadership Academy. In addition, she is a leadership development associate with Impact International, further extending her expertise globally.
