GETTING THERE

QT Gold Coast is a 35-minute drive from Coolangatta Airport. It is within easy walking distance of the Gold Coast Light Rail (G:link) and the heart of Surfer’s Paradise. Undercover parking is available at $6.00 per hour to a maximum of $30.00 per 24 hours, subject to availability*.

DOWNLOAD YOUR TICKET

When you arrive at the venue, please have your ticket printed or ‘open’ on your phone ready for staff to scan.

How to download your ticket:

  1. Visit acn.swoogo.com/2024GC
  2. Select ‘Download Badge‘ tab
  3. Login with the email and password you created when you purchased your ticket. Don’t know your password? Click here to reset it.
  4. Once you’ve logged in, select DOWNLOAD TICKET (make sure pop-ups are enabled). Either print it or save to your phone.

PRODUCT ZONE

The Product Zone will be open from 8am – 6pm AEST in the QT Ballroom Foyer. This is a fantastic opportunity to chat to our partners and learn more about the products and services they offer.

LEADERSHIP MEETING

The Leadership Meeting is for Regional Coordinators and above by invitation only. If you qualify for the Leadership Meeting you will receive an email invitation on or before Friday, 15 March. Your ticket will identify your qualification position so we can give you a special Leadership wristband.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

Coffee will be available at Fixx Cafe in the QT Hotel Lobby from 6.30am. There’s a plethora of cafes, restaurants and bars a stone’s throw from the venue so you can pop out for a quick bite at lunch time before the afternoon session begins.

DRESS CODE

As this is a business event, we recommend wearing business attire. Please note it can be quite dark in the ballroom, so please wear appropriate footwear, to ensure you avoid any slips and falls.

Terms and Conditions

  • No refunds, exchanges, cancellations or ticket transfers.
  • New IBO tickets are limited to the number of IBOs listed on the team ID.
  • Photo ID is required and must match name on ticket.
  • Wristbands must be worn at all times throughout the event. Attendees without a ticket or wristband will be removed.
  • Portions of the event may be reproduced for promotional purposes. Your attendance signifies acceptance that your image may be included in future publications and/or videos.
  • As this is a business event, please note that children are not permitted to attend.
  • For your safety, ACN prohibits running, pushing or saving seats. Should you be sensitive to noise please take precautions.
  • Be COVID Safe and protect yourself and others around you from getting sick by taking appropriate precautions. Follow advice provided by your local health authority. If you feel unwell or develop symptoms of COVID-19, get tested and stay at home until you receive a negative test result.
