The ELEVATE Sydney Event is right around the corner! To help you prepare, we’ve put together an event guide, containing all the important details for the weekend.

How to download your ticket:
- Visit acn.swoogo.com/2023syd
- Click the ‘Download Badge’ tab
- Login with the email and password you created when you purchased your ticket. Don’t know your password? Click here to reset it
- Once you’ve logged in, click ‘DOWNLOAD BADGE’. Either print it or save to your phone.
The main entrance to the Convention Centre can be found at the northern end of ICC Sydney, closest to Cockle Bay (Darling Harbour) and the Harbourside Shopping Centre. You can walk directly through the main doors with your printed or downloaded badge, where our ushers will direct you upstairs to the Pyrmont Theatre on Level 2. We will scan your ticket at the entrance to the Pyrmont Theatre Foyer and provide you with a wristband. This wristband will give you access to the event on Saturday and Sunday soplease do not remove it and be careful not to lose it!

Once your ticket has been scanned and you have received your wristband, head to the ACN Information Desk to collect your name tag and surprise merch!
The Leadership Meeting is for Regional Coordinators and above. It will be held on Saturday morning in the Pyrmont Theatre from 8am – 9.30am. If you qualified for the Leadership Meeting, you should have received an email invitation on Friday, 3 March. Your ticket will identify your qualification position so that we can give you a special Leadership wristband. If you or any members of your team believe you have qualified but did not receive an invitation, please contact IBO Support prior to the event. Please allow ample time to resolve this.
If you have qualified for VIP Seating, you will be emailed prior to the event with your seat numbers. When you make your way into the arena, you will see that the VIP section is marked with seat numbers. We will also have staff and ushers on hand to help guide you to your seat. Please ensure you sit in your allocated seats.
To make the most of the ELEVATE Sydney event weekend, we recommend printing off (or downloading) a copy of the Event Schedule. The schedule shows you the times and locations of all sessions.

ICC Sydney is located at 14 Darling Drive, Sydney NSW. It is easily accessible by public transport and is just 8km from Sydney Airport. The ELEVATE Sydney Event will be held in the Pyrmont Theatre, located within the Convention Centre. The main entrance to the Convention Centre can be found at the northern end of ICC Sydney, closest to Cockle Bay (Darling Harbour) and Harbourside Shopping Centre. The closest drop off and taxi zone address is Iron Wharf Place. The closest light rail stop is Convention stop, and the closest train station is Town Hall.
On arrival at the Convention Centre, look out for ACN signage. Venue staff will be located along the pathways so please be sure to ask them to direct you to the Pyrmont Theatre, located on Level 2.

Parking
ICC Sydney Exhibition Centre Car Park – Car Park 1
Car Park 1 is located in the Exhibition Centre adjacent to the Pyrmont Theatre and Convention Centre. Please ensure you leave 15 minutes to walk from your vehicle to the Pyrmont Theatre. Please note the maximum height for this car park is 2.2m.
4+ hours (to 4.00am only) $50 per vehicle
Alternatively, parking is available at Wilson Parking Harbourside at 100 Murray Street, Pyrmont. Should you book this parking station online they offer a less expensive parking fee. Once again please leave 15 minutes to walk from your vehicle to the Pyrmont Theatre.

Dress code: It’s Business Casual attire at this event. As a reminder, it can be quite dark in the main arena, so please wear appropriate footwear, to ensure you avoid any slips and falls.
Health & Safety: For your safety, ACN prohibits running, pushing or saving seats. Should you be sensitive to noise please take precautions.
Children: As this is a business event, please note that children are NOT permitted to attend.
