1. A Qualifying Serviceis defined as a successful IBO sale where a new Alinta Energy Residential or Small Business electricity or gas service account has been created in NSW, VIC, QLD or SA.
2. The Campaign commences at 12:00am (AEST) on Saturday, 1 June 2024 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Sunday, 30 June 2024 (Campaign Period). To obtain a Bonus, an eligible IBO must reach the Qualification Threshold of number of Qualifying Services for each Reward Tier as outlined in the table below:

3. All IBOs with a qualifying service in the period will be included in a draw for a $500 Alinta Energy bill credit. Bill must match IBO’s name and registered address. (1 entry per IBO).

‘Game of Chance’ Draw (total prize pool $5,500):

Each IBO who successfully refers a qualifying service to Alinta energy in the campaign period will receive 1x entry into the draw.

• 2 x $500 electricity bill credits for IBOs based in NSW
• 2 x $500 electricity bill credits for IBOs based in VIC
• 2 x $500 electricity bill credits for IBOs based in QLD
• 2 x $500 electricity bill credit for IBOs based in SA
• 1 x $500 electricity bill credit for ETL with largest open line Alinta Energy Sales
• 1 x $500 electricity bill credit for RC with largest open line Alinta Energy Sales
• 1 x $500 electricity bill credit for RD with largest open line Alinta Energy Sales

Noting:

• Draw will be held on Tuesday 2 July at Alinta Energy HQ at 10.30am AEST.
• IBOs must have an active Alinta Energy electricity account at the time of the draw to receive their prize. (Credits cannot be applied to gas accounts).
• Should the same IBO ID be drawn twice, another draw will be held to provide the prize to the next randomly drawn IBO.
• Team Bonus is based on position as of the 30^th of June 2024.

Excluded Services for cash incentive and draw:

A Qualifying Service is not:

1. upgrades to existing customer accounts; or
2. new accounts created in WA.

Review of Entries for cash bonus:

1. Alinta Energy/ACN will review all Qualifying Services on Friday, 2 August 2024 (targeted date) with scheduled payment date 19/08/2024.
2. Services must be live/pending on the day of review (2nd of August). Any services that were live and since cancelled will not be counted.
3. Alinta Energy’s decision regarding an IBO’s Qualifying Services and Bonus is final and cannot be contested.
4. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Alinta Energy’s discretion.
5. Alinta Energy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestions, or any other reason.

To obtain a Bonus, an eligible IBO must reach the Qualification Threshold of number of Qualifying Services for each Reward Tier as outlined in the table below:

Excluded Services

1. A Qualifying Service is not
   1. upgrades to existing customer accounts; or
   2. new accounts created in WA.

Review of Entries

1. Alinta Energy will review all Qualifying Services on Tuesday, 2 July 2024 with scheduled payment date 15/07/2024.
2. Services must be live/pending on the day of review (2^nd of July). Any services that were live and since cancelled will not be counted.
3. Alinta Energy’s decision regarding an IBO’s Qualifying Services and Bonus is final and cannot be contested.
4. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Alinta Energy’s discretion.
5. Alinta Energy accepts no responsibility for late, lost, or misdirected entries due to technical disruptions, network congestions, or any other reason.
