We are pleased to advise that Vodafone has rectified the issue that resulted in delays to Vodafone points appearing in Personal Customer Lists (PCLs).
If any of your customers have placed Vodafone orders via ACN in April but the points have not appeared in your PCL within 5 days of order completion, please complete and submit a missing customer claim immediately. To do this use the Claim Missing Customer Points Form and we will investigate. Please only make claims via this form.
