Terms and Conditions
1. HTC High Flyers Club Competition Eligible Services: Eligible Services must be Vodafone Mobile or Mobile Broadband on Month to Month, 12, or 24 month post-paid plans. Upgrades & New connect services are both eligible for competition tally. Services must be signed up via an ACN Pacific channel between 12:01AM AEDT Saturday 22/07/17 and 11.59pm AEDT Thursday 31/08/17 2017. 2. HTC High Flyers Club Competition is open to ACN Pacific IBOs who are active and paid up IBOs by 11.59pm AEDT Thursday 31/08/17 2017, and who have successfully completed their ACN Customer Acquisition Code and Vodafone Accreditation training by the Tally calculation date. 3. The Competition Tally Calculation will be: a) Top 10 places – IBOs who have achieved the highest number of sales of Eligible Services. 4. For all Top 10 places – where multiple IBOs have an equal number of Eligible Services, the order of prizes awarded will be as follows: a) The earliest date the IBO achieved the total number of Eligible Services will be awarded the prize; b) If the earliest date is the same for multiple IBOs, then the minimum plan value amounts for all Eligible Services will be added and the IBO who achieves the highest total value will be awarded the prize; c) For the IBO(s) not awarded the prize for that rank, they will move to the next (lower) prize level; and d) if IBOs are still tied, the total customer points value of the Eligible Services sold (as published in the July/August 2017 AU Compensation Plan) will be used to determine an IBO’s HTC High Flyers Club Competition rank. 5. Only Vodafone Mobile or Vodafone Mobile Broadband services with a plan value equal to or above $15 will count towards the HTC High Flyers Club Competition total. 6. All Eligible Services must be active on the Vodafone network at least two days prior to the draw date of the promotion (by 11.59pm AEDT Wednesday, 20 September 2017). 7. HTC High Flyers Club Competition tally calculations will take place Friday 22 September 2017 and winners will be announced on 23/09/2017 at the Brisbane International Event. 8. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the prize draw. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged. 9. Prize (Device) colour and storage capacity may vary and are subject to the discretion of ACN Pacific Pty Ltd
