Terms & conditions: 1. Win a red iPhone competition Eligible Services: Eligible Services must be on a credit approved Vodafone Mobile or Mobile Broadband 12 or 24 month postpaid plan. Services must be signed up via an ACN Pacific channel between 12:01AM AEDT Saturday 25 March 2017 and 11.59pm AEST Sunday 30 April 2017 inclusive. The Win a red iPhone 7 competition is only open to IBOs who are active and paid up by the draw date of the promotion (26 May 2017). 2. The prize draw will be shared amongst ten winners (top five winners and five 2nd chance draw winners) as noted above. 3. The Vodafone Mobile or Vodafone Mobile Broadband Service acquired cannot be an existing Vodafone service at the time of sign-up. 4. Claims for missing customers must be submitted to ACN by Friday 5 May 2017. 5. The calculation and prize draw will take place on 26 May 2017. 6. The service must be active on the draw date of the promotion (26 May). 7. Services that have ported away from Vodafone and then back to Vodafone within 60 days will not be eligible for this promotion. 8. Only IBOs who have completed their Vodafone accreditation requirements will be eligible. 9. The prize draw will be shared as follows: a) Top 5 places – IBOs who have achieved the highest number of sales of Eligible Services; b) 5 Second Chance draw – all other IBOs who have sold 4 or more Eligible Services. For all Top 5 places where multiple IBOs have an equal number of Eligible Services, the order of prizes awarded will be as follows: a) The earliest date the IBO achieved the total number of Eligible Services will be awarded the prize; b) If the earliest date is the same for multiple IBOs, then the minimum plan value amounts for all Eligible Services will be added and the IBO who achieves the highest total value will be awarded the prize; c) For the IBO(s) not awarded the prize for that rank, they will move to the next (lower) prize level; and d) if IBOs are still tied, the total customer points value of the Eligible Services sold (as published in the March 2017 AU Compensation Plan) will be used to determine an IBO’s “Win a red iPhone” competition rank. 10. Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of the prize draw. 12. Prizes are not transferable. 13. The competition is run by ACN Pacific and Vodafone Hutchison Australia.
