How can I monitor my Home or Business phone usage?
You are able to monitor your previous month’s calls and other usage via ACN’s MyAccount online self care website. Click here for MyAccount.
If you are using MyAccount for the first time, please select ‘Not Registered’. You will need the following information to register:
- ACN Customer ID
- Date of Birth
- Postcode
- Email Address
Note: Usage in the last 24 hours may not be included in the usage information provided.
With MyAccount you can also:
- Make payments & view previous invoices
- Manage your account details
- Change your plan
- View and change features for your service
