How can I monitor my VoIP usage?
You are able to monitor your unbilled usage and previous month’s calls via ACN’s MyAccount online self care website. Click here for MyAccount.
Note: Usage in the last 24 hours may not be included in the usage information provided.
If you are using MyAccount for the first time, select ‘Not Registered’. You will need the following information to register:
- ACN Customer ID
- Date of Birth
- Postcode
- Email Address
With MyAccount you can also:
- Make payments & view previous invoices
- Manage your account details
- View and change features for your service.
