How do I change to a ‘lower’ rate plan?
To change your plan you can log into MyAccount; select your service and click ‘options’ and then ‘change plan’. Alternatively, contact Customer Service on 1300881778 to request a plan change (a $5.50 plan change fee may apply if completed by Customer Service. You can only change your plan once per monthly billing cycle and plan changes will take effect as of your billing cycle date.
