How do I track my delivery?
ACN will send you a text message to your mobile contact number to notify you that the equipment has been dispatched. You can login to MyAccount to access your Tracking number with Australia Post.
To retrieve your tracking information simply log into MyAccount, click on your broadband service, select ‘options’ and ‘view equipment orders’. Click on your consignment number and you will be redirected to your delivery information via Australia Post (http://auspost.com.au/track/)
