How to find your Customer ID

The Customer ID is a unique identification number given to every Customer holding an account with ACN.
You would have been provided with your Customer ID at the time of your service sign up and an email confirmation would have been sent to you at that time.

To find your Customer ID, simply search for the confirmation email of your service activation. This email would have been sent to you from ACN on the day that you have signed up for your service.
