I have an ACN nbn™ service and my Cable TV has stopped working. What do I do?
If you have multiple wall plates within your premise, ACN / NBN Co are only responsible for the connection from the Wall Plate that the nbn™ Network Termination Device (NTD) is connected to. For faults regarding other Wall Plates or connections, you’ll need to contact either your cable TV supplier (if applicable) or a licensed wiring contractor to investigate.
