I have forgotten my ACN Companion Username and/or password. How do I locate this information?
If you’ve forgotten your Username
- Log in to MyAccount
- Select your VoIP phone service
- From the right hand menu, select ACN Companion
- Select the relevant ACN Companion service
- Your Username will be displayed
Please note your ACN Companion Username cannot be changed
If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to request a new one buy selecting the “Change Password” button and following the prompts.
