My Analogue Telephone Adaptor (ATA) is not connected. Can I still use ACN Companion on my device?
Yes, once you have ordered the ACN Companion app and installed it on your device, you can begin to place (and receive) calls using the app. The ACN Companion app will operate regardless of whether or not the ATA for your ACN home phone service (i.e. your nbn™ + Phone / VoIP service) device is connected.
Important! Your ACN home phone service (i.e. your nbn™ + Phone/ VoIP service) account must be in good-standing. Suspended services for non-payment will consequently mean that your ACN Companion app and your ACN VoIP Service will not work to place/receive calls.
