What if I have to reschedule my nbn™ appointment?
You must provide ACN with a minimum of 2 business days’ notice if you need to reschedule your nbn™ appointment.
Please do so by contacting customer service on 1300881778 or email nbn@acnpacific.com.au.
Please be aware that the next available appointment may be up to 6 weeks after your cancelled appointment. If you cancel without providing 2 business days’ notice, you may be liable for fees passed on to ACN by nbn™ for missing your scheduled appointment.
