What Value Added features can I add to my nbn™ Voice service?

The following Value Added Features are available to be added to your nbn™ Voice (pre March 2015) service:

  • Silent Number
  • Network Call Barring
  • Malicious Call Trace
  • Voicemail
  • Calling Number Display
  • Call Control

To add features to your service, please contact ACN Customer Service on 1300881778 7 days a week 8am to 8pm.

The following features are not yet available over the nbn™ :

  • Multiple Number
  • Duet Phone and Fax
  • Line Hunt
  • 3-Way Chat
  • Abbreviated Dialling
  • Delayed Hotline
  • Smart Ring.
