When should I receive my equipment delivery?

ACN orders your Broadband equipment before your service is due to be connected. This is to ensure you receive your equipment prior to service activation. When your order is dispatched, we will send you a text message to your mobile phone number for notification. Your delivery will arrive between 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Here are the steps to track your order online via ACN MyAccount portal.

  1. Logon to MyAccount
  2. Select the service under ‘Plans + Usage’ tab
  3. Navigate through ‘Equipment’
  4. Check the status and the whereabouts of your order
